Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Dutch. By using the site or requesting an agent, you agree to them.
What Dutch is
Dutch designs, hosts, and runs AI agents that perform business tasks you describe. The site lets you describe a job, receive a designed agent and an instant quote, and request setup.
Early access & quotes
Dutch is in early access. A generated agent and its price are a good-faith quote, not a binding offer. We confirm scope, capabilities, and final pricing with you before any setup or charge. Nothing is billed until you approve.
Billing & cancellation
- Every agent starts with a 30-day free trial that begins when your agent goes live. You are not charged during the trial.
- After the trial, the plan is a recurring monthly subscription. There is no setup fee.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancel during the trial and you are charged nothing; cancel after the trial and billing ends at the close of the current period.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only connect accounts you're authorized to use.
- Review and approve actions where the agent asks for approval; you're responsible for approved actions.
- Don't use Dutch for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to violate a platform's terms.
Human oversight
Agents surface recommendations and hold customer-facing or money-moving actions for your approval by default. AI can make mistakes; you're responsible for reviewing output before it's acted on.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law & contact
